Team Development

Many organizations have no strategy for choosing who works on a team, let alone who leads them.

The challenge has been that, until recently, only the management has perspective on who has the talent, experience and insight to produce the desired results. There has been no science available for selecting individuals who are hard-wired to participate effectively. There has been no statistically-validated methodology to identify the best leader to unite the team and help them get the work done.

Normative, predictive psychometric assessments are the answer. They can be used to compare and select the best team members who work well together, and they can also be used to evaluate an existing team composite to find the root causes of any difficulties that keep them from reaching consensus.

I'm interested.
